Our story
Founded by Gary L. Bethune, the firm has spent decades recovering commercial receivables for businesses when an agency letter wasn't enough. It was built around a single conviction: when a debtor hears from a law firm, not just an agency, the conversation changes, and more of what you're owed comes back, faster.

Gary L. Bethune

Gary founded the firm and concentrates his practice on commercial collections, insurance, and indemnity law, representing businesses on a contingency-fee basis from pre-suit negotiation through discovery, pre-judgment attachment, and post-judgment remedies. He earned his J.D. from the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University and has practiced since 1976.

David J Adamski
Attorney · Licensed in Arizona & Michigan
David handles matters across the firm's recovery process, from early debtor contact and negotiation through litigation and asset recovery. Admitted in both Arizona and Michigan, he supports the firm's Phoenix practice and its Michigan roots, and the firm manages co-counsel relationships nationwide.
