We concentrate our practice solely in commercial collections and litigation for the business community, on a contingency-fee basis only. You never pay a retainer, a placement fee, or non-contingent suit fees; we are paid only out of the funds we recover for you.

Because your debtor is contacted by a law firm, not just an agency, the conversation changes immediately. We negotiate first and resolve many accounts without litigation (often within 7 to 14 days*) while treating your customers with the courtesy that protects your relationships.

Unpaid B2B invoices and statements past their terms.

Carrier and broker balances under your tariff and the CFR.

Auditable insurance premium agreements and balances.
Commercial Litigation
We confirm the debtor can pay before we recommend suit.
When negotiation isn't enough, we litigate, but only when it serves your recovery. We conduct an in-depth asset and liability investigation to establish a debtor's true ability to pay before recommending suit, so you commit only when it can succeed.
Asset & liability investigation
We verify the debtor's real financial position before any recommendation to sue.
Pre- & post-judgment remedies
Where warranted, attachments, garnishments, and liens to secure and collect.
Co-counsel-managed suits
For suits outside AZ or MI, we manage litigation with admitted local co-counsel.
A note on jurisdiction. Our attorneys are admitted in Arizona and Michigan. Matters requiring suit elsewhere are managed with local co-counsel admitted in that jurisdiction; nothing here implies the firm practices law where it is not admitted. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
